EveryBody@Work: Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Guidelines

Built on research, refined in workplaces.

Research-led guidelines that help people with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain get fair support at work. The result is healthier people, stronger teams, and measurable gains for your organisation.

Over three years, Western Sydney University researchers codesigned and tested these guidelines with workers and workplaces. The result is a practical package of adoptable policy, education materials, and simple processes that improve conversations and enable fair workplace adjustments.

"Real supports. Real impact."

Developed by researchers at Western Sydney University.

Codesigned and tested in Australian Workplaces.

“Being a good manager isn’t about knowing every illness; its about listening and caring. Now, when someone tells me about their endo, I know how to respond. We talk, listen, and plan together to make it for everybody.”

Everybody@Work provides the education, tools and policy suggestions to unlock performance and belonging for everyone.
